We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, on what legal basis, and what rights you have with regard to your data.

This policy applies to all personal data processed through our website, services, and business interactions. It complies with:

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics by default. Where we do use any third-party services, these are identified below.

• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests (e.g. IT security, fraud prevention, improving our services), where these are not overridden by your rights
• Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – where you have given explicit consent (e.g. subscribing to updates)

After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Depending on your location, the relevant authority may be:

• Switzerland: Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) – www.edoeb.admin.ch
• EU: Your local national data protection authority (e.g. BfDI in Germany, CNIL in France, ICO in the UK)

Our website uses only technically necessary functionality to operate. We do not use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking, or third-party analytics by default.

If cookies or tracking technologies are introduced in the future, we will update this policy and obtain your consent as required under applicable law (including ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC and its national implementations).
